- Expansion/creation of practice areas
- Devoted to other agriculture or other business opportunities
- Sold off to Third Parties (which just might pay for the cost of re-constructing)

- Six holes played toward three different flagstick positions creates 18 unique golf holes
- Individual groups can choose to play the course toward any flag position desired
- Novices can choose to play toward the easiest flag position available
- Better players can play toward the most challenging flag position available

- Players will find themselves Pausing to Reflect and/or Strategizing Ahead
- Friendly Wagers will be more fair when changing partners at six – hole intervals
For Owners–
- Six and Twelve hole players will be especially intrigued to come back
- Your course doesn’t have to close for Green Aeration
- Your course can be advertised as being more environmentally sustainable
- Your course will be very attractive to those in charge of smaller outings
For Superintendents—
- Typically only two different tee boxes per hole (although there is no reduction in teeing surface)
- Hazards are shared (i. e. 20 bunkers will seem like 60)
- Less “wear and tear” on each green will keep your course more beautiful
- Reduction in the necessity of cup changes (T, Th, Sat)
